From Facial to Vajacial – a unique treatment made specifically for down there! 

The service is exactly what the name sounds like — a facial for your vaginal area. This “revitalizing” 20-minute treatment is supposed to be done post-bikini wax (preferably 2 weeks after) to aid in the removal and prevention of ingrown hairs and acne while smoothing the skin and treating discolouration. We treat our faces to facials, hair to blowouts, and nails to manicures, so why not add the vajacial to the list?

So, What is a Vajacial?

A vajacial focuses on the bikini line, pubic mound (the V-shaped area where most of your pubic hair grows) as well as the outer labia. A vajacial does not actually involve anything going into the internal canal; the process concentrates on the external appearance only. It sounds quite overwhelming, so it is important to go through the process step by step. 

First, clients are instructed to strip from the waist down — though you can wear some disposable underwear if you’d like.

• A tea tree essential oil steam is used whilst cleansing and exfoliating the skin. To help open the pores for extraction.
• An extraction of the blockages, ingrown and bumps.
• A soothing and detoxifying mask that further relieves the skin of deep, embedded ingrown hairs. The mask also relieves any redness that resulted from the extractions.
• A high-frequency glass probe (which looks like a wand) gets rid of remaining bacteria on the skin and prevents future ingrown hairs. The tool emits an electrical current that produces oxygen and pushes it deep into the skin’s pores to kill bacteria.
• A brightening skin moisturiser is applied to help with any pigmentation and scarring.

The treatment is for anyone who removes their pubic hair, regardless of the amount or method. Keep in mind that a vajacial will only be performed on bare skin where the hair has been removed.
