We are finalist in the BABTAC & CIBTAC National Awards

Eeeek….
I can’t believe I am a finalist in the BABTAC and CIBTAC National Awards in the category of waxing therapist!

It is a huge honour to be one of the top 3 waxing therapists 2019!! BABTAC are the British Association of Beauty Therapy & Cosmetology (BABTAC), the premier UK membership association and insurance provider for beauty, holistic and sports therapies.

To be recognised as one of the top waxing therapists in the Country is a massive accomplishment for me and great news for my clients!

The awards are highly regulated with different stages of comprehensive assessments completed by highly qualified CIBTAC examiners, ensuring that only the highest standard of therapists qualify.

My journey started back in September 2018 when I produced and submitted a 15 minute video showcasing my waxing skills and a written summary of my waxing technique/practice. A big thank you to my clients who helped me with the video!

March 2019, and I travelled to Gloucestershire to BABTAC headquarters, where I carried out a Hollywood and underarm wax in front of a CIBTAC examiners. They were looking for excellent client skills, standards of professionalism, high standards of appearance, hygiene, health and safety and how accomplished each applicant is at performing a range of treatments to the required standards.

May 2019 I found out I am through to the final 3 BABTAC and CIBTAC waxing therapists and will go to Windsor in September for the awards evening!
