Although The Wax Bar will do its best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your data sent over the internet or by email.

If you are unable to make your appointment could you please give us as much notice as possible so that other clients waiting can have these appointments.

PLEASE NOTE: If you cancel within 24 hours a 50% fee will be charged. All no show or on the day appointments incur a 100% fee.

If a 50% deposit is required for your appointment this MUST paid 7 days prior to your appointment. This will be sent via a payment link.

We regret that we have to do this, but we trust that you understand and the need for us to apply such charges.
