CANCELLATIONS

If you are unable to make your appointment could you please give us as much notice as possible so that other clients waiting can have these appointments.

PLEASE NOTE: If you cancel within 24 hours a 50% fee will be charged. All no show or on the day appointments incur a 100% fee.

If a 50% deposit is required for your appointment this MUST paid 7 days prior to your appointment. This will be sent via a payment link.

We regret that we have to do this, but we trust that you understand and the need for us to apply such charges.
